High Protein Rice Cakes

WHY I LOVE THIS:

Is there anyone who doesn't like chocolate and peanut butter combinations??

This high protein snack is perfect for when you're craving something sweet and want a healthy alternative that's filling and delicious

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

1 chocolate caramel Quaker rice cakes (or try a natural rice cake for a bit less sweetness)

1/2 scoop chocolate protein

1 tbsp (16g) natural peanut butter

Small amount of water

HOW TO MAKE:

In a small bowl, add a SMALL amount of water to your protein and mix until a paste is formed. Make sure to start with less water than you think you need. The more you mix, the more liquid the protein will turn.

Add mixture to the tops of a rice cake, drizzle with peanut butter and enjoy!

**per one rice cake. Nutrition info will vary slightly depending on which protein you use. If using natural rice cakes, subtract 6 grams of carbs.
